Are your guests arriving before dinner? I can prepare a plate of Hors d'Oeuvres to nibble on while everyone gets settled. You can add this option to your dinner at any time.

How it Works
- I will arrive at your home a few hours before your guests arrive and with all the food and ingredients needed to prepare the dinner and serve the wine. I bring some of my own equipment, knives and aprons, and utilize things from your kitchen as well. A standard equipped kitchen is generally suitable. I will need as much counter space as you can give me, but I won't need much room in your refrigerator, so you won't have to worry about making space.
- If you plan to use your own flatware, china and stemware, you'll want to have a minimum of the following: 16 forks, 16 spoons, 8 butter knives, 8 steak knives, 32 plates and/or bowls of any variety and 16 wine glasses. Nothing has to match. We're all friends. If you don't have it, for an additional charge, I can bring all or part of it with me.
- You can set your table any way you like. For an additional charge, I can supply a deluxe table setting to include linens, flatware, china and stemware. I'll set the table with flowers and candles.
- This is your party, and I want you to spend it with your guests without having to tend to dinner or service. After you show me the way around your kitchen, you're free to focus on your guests. After dinner, I'll do all the clean up and leave your kitchen looking like it did when I arrived.
How to Book Your Dinner
The best way to book your space is to send me an email and request your preferred dates. Once I confirm availability, a deposit equal to 2 guests for the selected diner is required to secure your reservation. Your deposit in non-refundable, but if you have to cancel, you can apply your deposit to a future date. If I have to cancel, I will refund your deposit in full upon cancellation. The balance of your payment is due 2 days prior to your party. Bookings made within 48 hours require full payment at the time of booking. You can choose to pay for all of your guests, or they can use the link to pay individually.

Learn to Make Limoncello with friends
Join me for an in-person Limoncello-making workshop with friends. Making Limoncello isn't hard, but like anything, the first time can come with some uncertainty. In this workshop, I'll guide you through each step, talk about the dos and don'ts, and send you and your friends on your way with the makings for the perfect after dinner treat. At the end of the workshop, your guests will have completed the first stage of the process, and will be sent home with directions to complete the batch. The end result will be 4 8oz. bottles of homemade Limoncello, and 1 8oz. bottle of Limoncello Cream Liqueur. Everything is included in the price of workshop except alcohol. Your guests will be able to choose the type and proof of alcohol that's best for them, and bring it with them to the party.
Each guest will receive a kit to make 5 8oz. bottles of Limoncello, and includes the following:
15-20 Lemons
2 Cups of Sugar
Coffee Filters
5 8.5oz reusable swing top bottles for the final product
1 33oz. reusable swing top bottle for infusion
Reusable Funnel
Reusable Microplane Lemon Zester
Printed step-by-step directions including contact information in case of questions

Please note: Factoring in $20 for the alcohol, the cost to yield 5 8oz. bottles is about $17 per bottle. Guests have the option to double or triple the batch for an additional $37 per batch. This yields 10 bottles at approximately $15 per bottle, or 15 bottles at approximately $14 per bottle

Guests will need to bring a 750ml bottle of grain alcohol. To make the best limoncello, a high proof grain alcohol is preferred. In the US, if you can find Everclear at 151 proof or higher, it's best, but you can also use vodka at any proof from 80 to 151 where it is available. Do not use vodka made from potatoes. It's not necessary to use expensive vodka, but it is best to use the highest proof you can find, as the alcohol will be diluted in the final step. This should not cost more than $20-25 for a 750ml bottle.
